Winter Services: December until Mowing Season Starts in March

1.) Visit Your Property Every Other Week
2.) Pickup Branches and Large Debris
3.) Blow Leaves Off of Walkways, Driveways and Hard Surfaces onto Lawn
4.) Blow Out Flower Beds of Leaves and Debris
5.) Pick Up/Mulch Leaves on Lawn
6.) Pull Weeds in Beds, Cracks in Sidewalks and/or Driveway
7.) Inspect Gutters and Downspouts to Ensure Flow.
8.) Trim Shrubs, Winter Prune, and Trim Trees That Are Encroaching on your Home
9.) Trim/Remove Low Hanging Branches
10.) Edge Beds and Walkways
11.) Shoveling and/or Salting Walkways, Driveways and/or Steps up to 4". (Anything above 4" will be an additional $15 per inch)
12.) Property Inspection, Pictures Will Be Taken and Report Sent if Issues Are Found
