The Giveback Program

Program Outline:

1.) after 10 years of being in business (and being inside the systems*) owners will get their entire initial franchise fee refunded in cash

2.) alternatively, if someone doesn’t want to wait 10 years (and are inside the systems*), after 5 years they can get their initial fee credited towards another location’s initial franchise fee.

*Specific and Defined Systems:

1.) P4P is implemented and tracked inside of P4P Software. Verifiable from the software and coaching system.

2.) Open Book Management is implemented and the team is aware of pricing, profits, and expenses. Verified by contacting employees directly.

3.) All trucks are painted and have up-to-date graphics. Pictures verification required for all vehicles along with insurance policy showing all vehicles.

*This is subject to additions and modifications from the franchisor

Example:

January 1, 2020 - paid $20,000 for initial franchise fee, start date is when Franchise Agreement is signed

January 1, 2025 - OPTION 1: eligible for $20,000 credit towards franchise fee of another location



January 1, 2030 - OPTION 2: eligible for $20,000 cashback, if Option #1 is not redeemed

Details:

-This includes all locations that started from the initiation of Augusta Nation in November 2019.

-5 and 10 year requirements start on the date the franchise agreement was signed and go back retroactively since the program started in March 2024.

-The initial fee is defined as the amount shown on the initial invoice paid to the franchise when joining the franchise or upgrading to a Growth Model location.

-If a location is sold the 5 and 10 year requirement resets at zero. If a Transfer Fee is not paid, the location is not eligible for the Giveback Program. Credits and cashback cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to any new owner, partner, or affiliate.

-Time spent in the Solo Operator Model does not contribute to the 5 or 10 year requirements. Once a location becomes a Growth or Executive Model and signs their franchise agreement, they become eligible.

-Each location is treated independently based on the franchise fee they paid. Multi-location operators can stack credits toward future locations.

-The franchise fee at Year 5 will be calculated using the following equation: 

Current Initial Franchise Fee (as shown on the website) - $5000 second location discount - credit from original location franchise fee. This number can not be less than $0.

-Credit and cashback will be in the same currency as it was when the initial fee was paid.



-To redeem the 5 or 10 year reward send an email to Lee Park at lee@augustalawncareservices.com 30-90 days prior to redemption dates with an attached signed original Franchise Agreement.
